These terms and conditions shall govern the sale and purchase of products through our website, Mary & Teds.

Upon placing an order on our website, you will be asked to give your agreement to these terms and conditions.

This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

All orders must be paid in full once you have reached the check out. Payments can be made by any of the permitted methods specified on our website.
If you fail to pay to us any amount due under these terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, then we may withhold the products ordered and/or by written notice to you at any time cancel the contract of sale for the products.

Mary & Teds gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• They can be redeemed on our website to purchase any of our listed products.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers will have a 12-month expiry date and once they have expired they cannot be redeemed.

We used to be called Newlyn Maids but have changed our name to Mary & Teds to reflect a new direction in our business.
